These terms explain how personalized song orders work. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Refund & Revision Policy.
The service
Moment to Melody creates a personalized digital song and lyric sheet from the information, genre, and voice preference submitted with your order. Delivery estimates begin after payment and receipt of complete information.
AI-assisted production
We use AI-assisted music tools as part of our production process and personally review each finished order before delivery. The selected genre and voice describe general creative direction; they do not promise imitation of a specific artist or recording.
Your information
You confirm that you have permission to submit the names, stories, and other information in your order. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, or private information that you are not authorized to share.
Permitted use
Your purchase includes a personal-use license to download, play, gift, and share the delivered song on personal social-media accounts. You may not resell, sublicense, claim authorship of, or use the files in paid advertising or another commercial product without written permission.
Creative expectations
Personalized music is subjective. We will follow the details submitted with the order, but exact melody, arrangement, vocal character, and emotional response cannot be guaranteed. The included revision is governed by our Refund & Revision Policy.
