We collect only the information needed to create, process, support, and deliver your personalized song order.
Information we collect
We collect the customer email address, recipient name, relationship, occasion, music preferences, story details, order status, and transaction identifiers. Support messages are also stored so we can respond.
How we use it
We use this information to process payment, create and deliver the order, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell customer information.
Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal. Moment to Melody does not receive or store your full debit-card, credit-card, or bank-account number.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers for payment processing, website hosting, file storage, email delivery, and AI-assisted music production. They receive only the information needed to provide their services.
Retention and security
Order details and delivery files are retained as reasonably necessary to deliver support and keep business records. We use restricted access and private delivery links, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your customer information by emailing orders@momenttomelody.com. Some records may be retained when required for payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.
